Watched it again just to make sure I didn't miss the "brutal" clash... nothing to see here.. Maybe there is another video that shows something else, but in this one.. seems he brought it on himself.

New video shows officer clearly swinging a baton and making contact with lower body.

The new video shows the officer expanding his ASP or expandable baton. The downward motion extends it from it's collapsed position. You can clearly hear the metal sound as it expands. THEN, he holds on to it and watches the crowd. THIS video doesnt show any baton strike. Now perhaps there is another video that shows the officer beating the hell out of him but that wasn't it. Plus, dude stands up and walks fine.. no sign of a broken anything
