Sorry but he is talking out of both sides of his mouth.

He shows 0 respect or support to the one country in the middle east that protects Christians and that is Israel. It is the one place a Christian can feel safe at least from being persecuted for their belief.

Obviously the argument is that hey, Palestine blah blah, but Palestine = Hamas, if they get rid of that terror group you have a two state solution yesterday, but the palestinians using their radical islam isis style thinking would rather live with hamas than gain real freedom and rights.

The pope has the power to call the palestinaians out on this, he has the power to talk on this but instead he cowers like the rest and stabs the back of the country that is a safe heaven for the followers of jesus.

Ironically, Israel is the safest place for muslims as well lol 2 million live within its borders without worrying about some sharia court chopping their head off.

Maybe you should crack open a history book and realize that the crusades were a response to 400 or so years of Muslim aggression against Christians including the conquest of Spain, parts of Italy and parts of eastern Europe.

And Muslims to this day do talk about the crusades. Bin Laden and the Taliban referred to Americans as "crusaders".

Abhorrent culture, ideals and influence on the world. One of the good things they brought to Europe(in "peace") was the positional number system which originated in India... so close but no in shalla cigar.

Btw, "lame09" - the muslims were fighting each other and cooperating with the crusaders to get rid of local powers that were in their way.
