Machida is going to lose tonight. Luke is primed and ready to go. Plus Machida had a terrible cut. He looks out of shape and instead of dieting he just dehydrated to lose the pounds up to an hour before weigh-ins. Also it looked like he might have some sort of injury to his left shoulder.

When taking his shirt off to weight he grimaced in pain badly.

So I think Luke takes this one. He's much bigger and as the fight goes into the later championship rounds it just goes into Luke's favor. Unless Machida can catch him in the first then it's Luke's fight to lose.

He has beaten "good veteran" fighters. I would be hesitant to say they were top quality.

I will give him credit where it is due, he looked great against Machida, and he has won the fights against good competition.

But we are now talking about the Elite category of fighters. Weidman, Jacare, and Anderson Silva etc....

Rockhold is 1-1 recently against "elite" competition. He will get his chance.

Luke looks likes he's juiced, it wouldn't surprise me if he was. He is probably the leanest most muscular middleweight going around. I think the majority of guys from middleweight and up are taking some sort of PED's. For some reason Belfort just rubs me up the wrong way (perhaps it's all the self righteous Jesus bullshit), so labeling him a cheating juice monkey just makes me feel better.
