where he claimed weider megamass 2000 was all he took

I have no reason to disbelieve him

I know loads of 50yr olds that look better for there age, altho they obviously never looked like living gods in 20's n 30's etc

I was amazed how ugly colemans shape ended up, he had amazing arms
