Increasing HDL on tren cycle
« on: April 16, 2015, 11:35:40 AM »
Long time lurker, first post. I'm running tren right now. Had bloods done, HDL is a little low. Anyway I can bring it up? (besides a statin). I'm thinking of taking niacin but I'm afraid of overstressing my liver if I run it together with tren (yes, I'm a paranoid pussy lol)

It raises my liver values a little bit. Not that much, but I don't want to add additional stress

Niacin might help but I wouldn't worry about it too much. As long as your diet is clean and you train hard enough to make your heart go over RHR, HDL is not that good an indicator of heart health. Even LDL is not that good a predictor as molecule size vary greatly between LDL particles. I read TONS of article on the subject as all of my family members have hypercholesterolemia, yet no one ever died of an heart attack...

Statins are poison, good decision on keeping away from them.
