Good physique, but his arms look about 17-inches. Still think he looks better then than now.

Gotta disagree. When I saw the clip before I posted it, I had no idea who it was, but I thought it might be a pro. (I also thought he was black at first  ;) )

He looks good in the clip, but  he just wasn't blessed with the arm genetics.

Yeah I would not call that average gym rat niveau...he looks great there and I personally as someone who is really
fucked in the arms department think his arms are big... closer to 19 inches than 17 as the OP guessed.

Looks a thousand million times better than now.
