Legends Seminar - A bodybuilding show to attend

That does look like an awesome event with some real legends from the greatest period in BB.
20-30 yrs ago I would have given my left nut to attend that kind of event.

Thanks!  None of these guys really, really realize the impact the have on their fans.  I remember seeing Gaspari doing a seminar in some gym back in the late 80s.  I remember nothing of what he said, BUT I remember at some point he was doing dumbbell curls.  That image and the thought, " holy shit those are some thick dense ass arms, wow I ain't never seen muscle like that before," still pops into my head when training biceps almost 30 years later.  Inspiration that can go on for 30 years.

Now multiply that by the thousands and thousands of people who've gone to his seminars or the millions who saw all those pictures in magazines.
