Here's one for ya. Back in the late 90's a friend owned a Nutrition store with a small private gym in the back where he and other personal trainers trained clients. I used to work out there when some of the clients were there occasionally. One of his clients was a Ft. Laud undercover cop who was with the "Raiders" tactical squad. She was the only female on the squad. She was a very nice cool tough girl who trained very hard. Anyhow, I was doing leg presses with 10 plates on each side. I blasted the loudest fart right in the middle of the set. She, my friend who was training her and I started laughing hysterically. I almost let the the full weight come down from laughing so hard. I am laughing about just typing it.
