Even in the 70s I didn't go to any seminars put on by Mentzer, Zane or even Arnold. It just isn't rocket science and by then I already knew their secret just not the whole laundry list.
I would rather listen to the three I mentioned than any of today's chumps. At least they could carry on a conversation about something interesting (versus "intradasting") outside of pick it up, put it down. Coleman is retarded, Phildo is full of (among other things) himself and Kai is just flat out disgusting and would probably call his little get together a "semenar".
And that's just three of todays former and current pros. I like Wolf but would not pay to hear him talk about training or anything else for that matter.
