Which would u pick?   I'm not a pro, but looking for lean gains

Var doesn't build much but doesn't shut you down foe months after.   Deca better lbm builder.

exactly, pharm var is like 10x the price of pharm deca

This. For most people 150x50mg of Var is 3 "cycles" worth (3 x 4 weeks á 100mg/ed if that), and a lot of them are willing to pay $40-50 a gram of UGL Var, and you'd get 7.5g of pharma. You do the math.
