Um, that's not exercise equipment. It's a depot to connect bicycles with for less fortunate urban youth to come steal them.

I do these every back workout with rings. You can put you feet up on a box for different angles and wear a weighted vest for resistance. The trick is to control the eccentric/concentric and pause at the top. Mind/muscle connection is key. Also, you can do scapular retractions at the end for more burn. Also: actual training-related thread reported.
Something like 'horizontal pull up' sounds more logical to me.
This. I see "reverse push ups" more as just a warm up or something done by people who aren't strong enough yet to do regular pull ups.
I have heard them called inverted rows and body rows. I always felt they were gold when I had my feet elevated so the body is more horizontal to the floor. I use a barbell in a rack then put my heels on a bench. It's a staple in with body weight exercisers.
I always thought this exercise made sense, as it virtually eliminates the lower back risk inherent in bent rows, but, ironically it's hard to find the right apparatus to perform it. Some exercise equipment was recently installed in a park near me. A bar which is meant for stretching worked perfectly for reverses. I did 4x12 and had the right kind of soreness in my lats the next day. Thumbs up.
Any smith machine will do.
The 'military press' is another questionable name. The name 'front press' indicates the form directly.
