every org seems to claim it has the worlds strongest powerlifter. I dont know much about it really. This guy looks alot older than 25. Also why claim RAW when he is using suit, belt and wraps.

The suit is just a regular singlet that does not support or help with the weights at all. Powerlifting belts are allowed in all RAW organizations as far as I know because it does not really make you lift more weights it just helps to prevent injuries. The wraps however do help quite a lot which is why the title says "raw w/ wraps" I guess.

Of course every single powerlifting org has their own champions and world records but nevertheless I'd consider a 1100kg total raw WITH wraps to be pretty damn impressive especially at his age.

It's an all time world record meaning no one else in any other org at 308lbs has lifted more, his 1025lb squat was the biggest raw squat in competition history.

25?  Looks like he's 40.

Strong mo-fo no doubt.

Never understood the powerlifting mentality.  The risk/reward ratio is not worth it.

His bench is still 50kg behind what Kaz did nearly 35 years ago.And i wish power lifting would go back to the judging standards of the 70s/80s such as walking out with the squat, then we can compare apples with apples.

I'm scared just watching his squats, waiting to hear his quads snap off  :D

Crazy strong dude. But this shit is hard on the body and he's still so young yet so strong.
Let's see how long his career is.

I, unlike most here it seems, understand the attraction though.

Amazing lifter. I particularly appreciate his benching control and firm pause. His squat depth, to my liking, is a little high, but not near as bad as that required in certain other feds.

It's amazing that some choose to post commentary when they so obviously know so very little about the topic at hand.

(It IS raw, excepting the wraps. Eric's wearing a wrestling singlet, the standard attire in every powerlifting federation when no support gear is being worn. It does ZERO to help one lift.)

The guy's so young and reaching such crazy heights of performance. Something tells me he can't last. But I do hope I'm wrong.

Cheers to Eric for yet another remarkable performance.

Thats crazy. I wonder how close he would come to David Hoff's total of 3005lbs if he was equipped?

Crazy Strong...  :o

Bench a good pause before pressing out.
Deadlift a good strong lift no hitching.
Squat a huge poundage & looks to be just
About parallel or close to.

Bench & Deadlift looks like he could of still added
A few pounds & still get them.

Yes he does look a lot older than 25.
