it's always cardio time for these guys.

the way he looks to me says he's got as far as he could, from here out it's a rapid or slow decline into polumboville.

in the dry pic, his abbs are already starting to show meltage as well as the thickening of the side walls of the waist.  the best of big ramy has come and gone.
