I don't think everybody is equal.

Some people are meant to be neurosurgeons and astrophysicists and famous musicians and scientists; some are meant to be famous sport stars. Some people are not meant to do these things. I do not think everyone is equal on an intellectual or physical level. We all have our constraints, whether they are biological or environmental constraints.

However, it does stink that some kid will grow up with A LOT of resources and another kid won't. But its the "Lottery of Birth," so to speak.

Anyway, I find it funny that many people were complaining when medical students were possibly going to be thrown out of medical school because they were joking about raping and drugging their female patients when they became doctors. People also complained that a fraternity should not be suspended for their racist remarks against blacks. All "Free Speech" right?

How is this any different? Free Speech, no? Why can't these students have a negative opinion toward vets and voice their concern without penalty? Seems like people only like free speech when it does not offend them.

Second, the fraternity was using derogatory terms toward black people and people here were saying its "Free Speech." Last I checked, saying certain words against black people is hate speech.

Third, what type of hate speech did they spew at the veterans. Did it say?

Fourth, why wasn't the Westboro Baptist Church and Fred Phelps ever jailed for their hate speech? They hold up signs saying gay people must die of AIDS, and they even protest at the funerals of fallen soldiers. This is clearly worse than what the university students did (besides the spitting).

it has almost everything to do with and usually starts in High School and the ACLU changing rewriting history in the curriculum. ACLU writes the guidelines for school districts. Every district I've worked in had the ACLU signature on it. Some good some bad some utterly ridiculous.
