Yes. But I was referring to the guy that said they use it because it targets stubborn leg fat. It can't targetget anything. They use it to get all the fat off.  Lowering estrogen in a Indirect way targets legs as that's were estrogen related fat is stored (im grossly over simplifying this but you get what I'm saying)
