How about you guys learn to obey the law like normal folks, and not fight, run, etc.... when being collared up for crimes. King was a drunk that was going 100+ miles in a residential area, and got beat because he couldn't accept his arrest like a normal human. The End.

Explain to me why it's the majority of these problems are young blacks. You never hear of Asians having to riot. East Indians? Nope. Arabs? Nope. Latins? Not really, and not at the levels of violence like Baltimore, etc.... Nope, even if they're fresh off the boat, they square themselves up, and get pulling on their boot straps. I agree with you on that... and now we are getting somewhere... We know it isnt skin color because we both agreed to it in the previous post.

Maybe the conditions have yielded such mindsets. Not unlike colonial times. The oppressed finally picked up arms and fought authority to be looked on as equal..

lets be totally truthful....law was passed making it illegal to fuck black people over (as it was previously totally legal to) in 1964...the civil rights act..My mom was born in 52....so the first 12 years of her life...she was legally...in every sense of the term...a second class citizen and treated as such.

so maybe we need to look at the conditions to better understand the mindset.

Any minority controlled city.  Name one that has improved since becoming that way or is a decent place to live.  

I can't think of a single one.  The reason is its totally different culture and sets of values.  Your people do not value the same types of things as others.  Its not limited to location at all either.  Every single city and place I have ever been in is in the same way in each section.
