The 2 parts of this whole ordeal that jumped out to me from the get go...

1. The crash scenario was just too outrageous. "Hit by a drunk driver traveling in excess of 100 mph while sitting at a traffic signal"

2. That Josh would be knowingly involved in putting together a hoax like this. It just doesn't seem to fit his personality.

There appears to be 2 issues going on here.  One - the one everyone is drawing conclusions on (the $ aspect) and two - dragging in an unwitting patsy.  All the way around...shitty.  I'm envisioning a SMM style lynching on the horizon.
