yeah gregzs it is..... the muscle factory in San Antonio is the best gym atmosphere to be in up there. his trainer Roland was my partner for 2 years and the guy was my dam soul mate as far as training goes....

he was a staple in NPC TX for a good while and dude gets peeled....

I really hope Cody does well.
