as most know roelly had a motorcycle accident at some point prior to the Mr.O.

leading up to the competition he drops his long time trainer and appears on stage massive albeit bloated and distended.

my thinking is after being knocked off track he hit the supp's hard blowing him up and wrecking his shape in the process, grandma wanting no part in it leaves seeing as it would reflect badly on her.

real shame though, those fucking arm's.

do you guys think he can reel it back in?

Roelly...dontknow what to say about him. Big ass arms shoulders...dosent have the flow and symetry onstage!

Need less drugs, and more training. I think most people dosent have the patience and then the midsection get bloated and fucked up! Adding 40 pound muscles in 2-3 years is to much! Should strive for slow progress, maybe 5 pound eatch year! Thats my theory!

yeah, you do have to question how much of that new added weight is just organ mass and viscera fat after a certain point, esp when we stop seeing a change in musculature of the bb'ers despite these ever increasing numbers.

yes. Quality muscle achived over time, slowly, like Dex. This becomes rarity.

Well, he basically had one bad season in 2014. In 2013, the year before, he had his best showings ever by far. You think he's done because of one f*ed up season?

Blake Griffin's IQ goes down by the quarter.  He's 99 when the game starts.  he can barely contol his bowel movements by the start of the 4th quarter.

i'd actually argue that a majority of what give's phil any credence in the upper body department starts at his delts and ends at his wrists.
