The one Phil is from this month in France. The funny thing is that Haney and Phil weigh about the same. Haney is and inch taller. Haney wouldn't beat Phil under todays judging standards, but Phil wouldn't beat Haney with the old judging standards. This shit is a joke. Just look at the difference in quality of physiques and posing. It says alot. 27 years difference and this is what it's de-evolved to.

he's just doing what's necessary to meet a criteria set by the judges, win and support himself come show time.
to be fair his midsection is looking better here than it did at the O despite all the water.
the bodybuilding organisation's need to be held accountable for this, taking pot shot's at the guys that hold it up isn't going to change anything.
