It's not a scam.  I watch European football on this site all the time.  The weblinks typically have a 20-30second countdown before you can manipulate the player.  The external software links (Sopcast and AceStream) don't have any issues...other than they're not in English.

Pac punched Money in the throat a few times, which explains why he's been so quiet this week.
