A fight with Khan will be interesting mainly because not only does Khan have very fast hands, he also has the physical advantages over Mayweather that Paquaio doesn't have.
I've actually always thought a prime Paul Williams would have been the most difficult fight for Mayweather stylistically.

Fight played out as expected.

Mayweather did what Mayweather does.

People wanted to see these guys fight to the point of just becoming two bloody pulps barely standing, while simultaneously landing gait-wavering hooks, followed by both guys being down for the count with the ref making it to the 9-count, before the best man gets up to claim victory.

In turn, people got what they always get with Mayweather fights. The man is calculated and isn't going to lose his record over giving the fans what they want, a slugfest.

Bingo. Couldn't even be bothered watching. I could think of a handful of boxing fights that were great over the past 15 years. Dela Hoya when he beat that guy who got caught for Stanazol, awesome fight Hoya would win a round then the other guy would win the next.

The Matador guy who smoked a cigar after the fight just went in to fight. Awesome too.

Other than that every other build up was shit. That's why Tyson is so great, all his early fights are knock outs, just so good to watch.

Everyone who has watched both fighters knew exactly how this fight would pan out. Boxers will always fight in the style they are most comfortable with regardless of what they say pre-fight.
And yeah, Paquaio proving how "humble" he really is with the post fight comments.

I was sitting in a bar watching the fight. It started @ 10am my time - so it was beer & breakfast. They even had some eye candy/ringside gals in there. Place was packed to the rafters, great atmosphere.

I thought it was a decent enough fight. There was simply no follow through from Manny the times he was actually getting the better of Floyd.

Floyd was clearly playing for points - just tap tap tapping away.

I think Floyd is a dick but I think he put in a good performance today.

to really enjoy the fight i wouldve had to either put money on it or be a die hard fan of either of the fighters if you dont have any money at stake or dont care who lose, then its a lot harder to get excited

For the sport of boxing, Pac winning would be better. But man, his fans are annoying as hell. Glad fm shut them up

The better athlete won in the end.

Anyone who says he is just running, go inside a boxing ring and try to run away without doing anything. In the end u get knocked out. The most hardest and skill to master are counter, defensive boxers plus looking dominant. And even less retire without damage.

Fighters with machismo or fight to please their fans, never retire voluntarily.
