I work mid night shift and rely heavily on caffiene to get throughthe week. I think Monster sucks though.

I don't feel the caffeine in them, but I enjoy the lo carb or absolutely zero with a meal sometime. Taste a lot better than diet soda

I drink these quite a bit, they have quite a few B vitamins in them which is fine but its also a shitload of caffeine. The thing is when your using any kind of stimulant to train (even caffeine) your activating the flight or flight response whether you realize it or not and this can lead to overtraining the CNS and adrenal fatigue. Never get yourself amped up for a lift unless your maxing out and going for a personal record. Save the caffeine for the days when your maxing out and going for a personal record.

Motocross trash event are highly sponsored by these guys. Much like Red Bull for every other extreme sport. The obnoxious in your face logos when watching the Xgames, is enough to make you turn on the golf channel.

Both drinks are overhyped, but the bombardment of logos in your face literally makes me buy a Red Bull every now and then. I'm brainwashed. They don't taste that good and are brutally overpriced. I make a strong cup of coffee that would equal 3 bulls easy for 80 cents.

what people often fail to realize is red bull has the same amount of caffeine a coffee. Taurine is not a stimulant as all these dumb ass companies advertise it as. It's to actually calm down anxiety. Trust me on this one...

Only thing that gives it some power is the glucoronolactone. You can buy 200gr of it for $7. It will give you way over 100 servings...

Biggest horseshit of a scam red bull, fuck the money they must make of the price they ask for, lol... Sure they advertise a lot, but still... Huge rip off and used to piss them off with my knowledge when I was a doorman and the reps would pass by and offer them to me, lol... Would totally school them, stupid morons..
