Total fuckIN, waste of money, please tell me you know better than to buy that crap.
Think of the awesome nootropic stack you could buy if you added the cash up by the end of the month.

If you drink it because you like the taste, ok, I understand that. But if you drink it because you think you're getting some high performance pre workout, mental increasing capability liquid, you are strongly mistaken and do not know or appreciate the value of money.

what "nootropic stack" do you recommend?

tyrosine and dmae would be a must.

stuff like vinpocetine, huperzine can help.

Those are my main favorites as they work right away. I never train without tyrosine, dmae, caffeine and ephedrine.

Many will be dead 20 years from now from all these energy drinks.  Stimulants being used like never before.  No regulation or oversight.  Full of God knows what.

My old man has a saying about these types of products:

"they have to spend loads advertising it, BECAUSE it is no good for you."

Not always true, but the majority of adverts on TV relating to food / drinks are for completely synthesised shit, stuff that does not appear in nature, crammed full of artificial sweeteners and E numbers.

Is it any wonder that kids are bouncing off the walls, cancer rates are up and conception rates are down?

Bottom line is thats its just caffeine. Coffee, Monster, Red Bull, pills...
Same shit, you cant say one is superior to another because the only really active ingredient is the caffeine.

My point exactly.  Caffeine is cheap, Monster and Red Bull drinks aren't.

Maybe not dead, but they'll have very serious health problems from years of very high caffeine intake.  Artificial sweeteners are toxic as well... they cause neurological problems.

Sure off 300mg this will happen, of course! Any other untrue info you would like to add to further discredit yourself.

Toxic is the one of the most overused terms out there. Everything is toxic at a certain dose. Go drink 100 gallons of water or take 1000 grams of vitamin C. Any of the studies I've seen of artificial sweeteners causing any sort of health problems in rats, showed that they were given extreme dosages that would be similar to someone drinking 100 diet cokes in one sitting for weeks

Exactly.

People don't understand the "subjective" lab reports.

I doubt anyone is going to consume a high enough concentration to have issues.

i certainly don't think that artificial sweeteners are good for you, however you may be correct in that it would take an astronomical and unrealistic amount to cause damage to humans.  Probably has some to do with a persons genetics as well.  I always find it amusing when people say "I don't drink diet soda because I don't want cancer", yet they consume 150-200 grams of sugar a day.  I do believe in the coming years, there will be a well known link to high sugar consumption and disease.  Sugar is in almost everything!

I drink a sugar-free Rockstar almost every morning when I drive to work. I'm addicted to the taste, if they made a drink that tasted the same without the caffeine I'd buy it and drink it all day. I was never a huge fan of Monster though, their flavours taste weird to me, almost too sweet.

I know what you mean. I don't know much more than your average person who works out and pays attention to nutrition, but I feel like there's so many people that are worried about GMOs, artificial sweeteners, gluten(with no allergies to it, and dairy(with no allergies to it) and yet they're still overweight which is in my opinion seems more damaging to your overall health than having an artificial sweetened drink once in a while. The fear spreads like wild fire thanks to social media and treats some random guy's college thesis as a proven study. Things like the "Johns Hopkins" cancer study was bogus and the plastic bottle one as well, but I saw it posted numerous times. People rather not check their facts and pass this garbage off and help stir up the fear without even knowing where the info came from. I see it all the time with GMOs nowadays. I always look to see the source, and it's always some hippie website selling their own agenda.

I work with this whale of a woman who talks about all this crap every day.  She eats "health" food, but she's a fat pig that doesn't even workout.  This bitch is like 250 easy, smells like baby powder.  A few times she commented on my diet coke (oh brother), she told me it was poison.  I'd cunt punch the bitch if i didn't like my job.

Hahaha we've got one of those at work. She's falling apart and has already had knee surgery and needs to also get the other one done. She works upstairs, so you know the next thing she's going to ask for is a whale sling.

speaking of carbonated drinks, I've seemed to notice a pattern with Mountain Dew lovers.  I have never seen a Mountain dew shirt on an in shape person.  It's like you wear it and it announces "I am out of shape"

It's cause they only make Mountain Dew tshirts in 4x, 5x and 6x.
