Off season shape

Not in Sev's league but it's something.

Trained quite hard last three weeks and upped protein.

Might start cutting next month if I can be bothered.

6ft2 and some change sitting at around 220lbs

I don't eat too much....by nature and even when I slack training I always make sure I walk in to the gym and lift something at least twice a week on a worst case scenario.

Why cut as long as abs are visible? Women don't notice any difference as long as you have abs you are ripped in there eyes. May as well maintain and enjoy carrying a bit extra size that would be lost by cutting
