Started training again!

Stopped training for an entire year,got slothlike and allowed myself to eat copious amounts of junk food.

I`m still good looking,suave,and debonair,I just got a huge gut.

Did you know you were going to stop for a year? I ask because it would be more enjoyable to let yourself go as opposed to stressing over getting fat and weak...

It was nice at first,then once I stated to lose muscle and add bodyfat,it sucked,but I needed a break..........just not for that long.   :D
