i think she just hates the gym thing, hates the parking lot training, etc. Just too busy for her. She'd prefer 3 dudes quietly welding than 50 "knuckleheads", as she'd call them, throwing tires and dragging metal around the parking lot.

I think the functional strength thing is excellent. I love the idea of people flipping tires, using sleds. Make our society stronger overall and get bigger too. I think the problem is the stigma that non-lifters have about this. They see people with ten pounds of muscle and they scream steroids.

I think its a private gym. Not a gym people actually work out from and pay a memberhship. I actually think its pretty cool for the days one doesnt feel like driving to the gym. Its not big enough to always work out in, but definitely pretty cool for some private workouts when you dont feel like dealing with a gym crowd.

We're still negotiating. Probably have a definitive answer Monday. We found another place almost double the size down the street. 3 Lower offices with 1800sqft of warehouse. Upper is about 1000sqft of mezzanine w/conference room. Kitchenette, break room, etc. plenty of room for message, chiropractic, supplement/merchandise or whatever. We actually have until the end of June. Property manager said if the owner doesn't want to negotiate she'll write a letter of recommendation for the new facility.
