Got the letter of recommendation today. "No gyms, no dance studios, no automotive". They have a great reference and will probably be signing a new long term lease (5 years with option to renew) around the corner-from our old place at almost double the size.

That was the type of thing you had Kongo doing? That video was embarrasing.

He could have done weighted pushups to failure, and got similar workout, for free.

Shizzo, if you were Kongos coach, what type of workout would you design for him? 60 minutes straight of weighted pushups, followed by 34 minutes of sprints, followed by 23 minutes of lat pulldowns, and finishing off with 17 minutes of upright rows?

Ive met Coach. Hes about 5'8 - 5'9" video makes him look shorter than he actually is.

Average american male height is 5'8 - 5'9"

Coach is about that height. Ive met him. Video makes him look shorter.

I honestly wonder why Kongo even went to Coach in the first place? A normal MMA training camp offers everything you need to properly prepare for a fight. What does playing teeter totter with a tire do?

I guess Kongo enjoyed giving his money away.

When i went to Amsterdam and Munich for oktoberfest i was the shortest Mofo in that Country at that time  :D
