MAD MAX (Fury Road)
« on: May 07, 2015, 09:08:13 PM »
Tom Hardy seems perfect for the role of Max. Charleze Theron can't hurt. The trailer on YouTube looks insane! George Miller is Back. Opens May 15th.

Looks great, Tom Hardy is an excellent actor. One of the few remakes that will do justice or surpass the original.

Mad Max 2 The Road Warrior , was my flix , loved it as a kid watched it over and over

Mac Max 3 never lived up to the Thunder Dome as getbig has

This new Reboot looks worthy of my Theater Ticket Price

Yep, the 2nd one was awesome. The other two, although having some memorable moments, were not in that league.

Lame.  Special effect filled rubbish.

Mad Max, The Road Warrior had real stunts performed by real people.

I might watch this when it gets to HBO or Showtime in a couple months.  Wouldn't waste a penny on this shit.

i've read a review describing this as a 'total feminist triumph'. and have seen other bits and pieces refering to its feminist undertones, so i doubt this 'feminist action film' gonna go down that well 'round these here parts :D

i say it looks fucking awesome.. and mostly practical stunts 8)

Most of the stunts were practical, Tommy, just FYI.

Hollywood has no imagination anymore.  All they do is rehash what's already been done.

put aside the fact they show it all in the trailer again, it looks like a straight to dvd movie. Looks as fake as 300.
