I would have loved to see a prime Tyson vs a prime Federov in a MMA bout . I think Federov would have handled Mike - but you never know with his punching power. Could have gone either way.

Boxing and MMA are not comparable. Fedor would take him down in a violent Sambo throw and break his arm easily. In a boxing match Tyson would make quick work of him like he did literally everybody else.

Yes I meant Fedor. Always get the name mixed up. I know it is not comparable, but would still be fun to watch Tyson bring his best boxing skills into the ring with Fedor.

Ok, how about a prime Mike Tyson vs Wlad Klitschko. I know Klitschko has been dominating the heavy weights for the past decade, but he did lose to a few suspect boxers that I think a prime Tyson would have destroyed. Tyson in the early years probably could have taken any heavy weight I have seen except maybe Lennox Lewis in his prime, Holyfield who seemed to have his number, and Ali. What say the boxing Illuminati on GB.

Ali took part in some of the first MMA fights back in the early 1970's.

He fought the great Olympic wrestler and judo black belt Kenny Jay in 1976.

I actually watched that Ali fight against Inoki with my old grandpa 40 years ago.
There was concern that Ali might loose his leg due to artery damage in the newspapers the next day and gramps was pissed at the "dirty Jap fighter". It was after all only 30 years since WW2 and gramps hadn't forgiven them yet.
