Go check out PRIDE NUTRITION's booth. I just tried their protein powder today. I swear their vanilla flavor is equal to musclemilk vanilla in flavor. I was told by the owner of the company that they will have a huge mixer and will be sampling their protein powder. I never tasted a pure whey isolate like this...has 9 grams of EFA's in it so thats where the rich taste comes from I guess.

You look really hot, Jennifer! Rock on! I like PRIDE's protein powder. I have a couple jugs of their vanilla so i'm gonna pick up some chocolate and thir N-O product 'Ammunition'. Are you going to have any 8x10's for sale at PRIDE's booth? This little hardcore gym on the southside/Chicago I train at is filled w/ autographs and pics...i'd buy one from you and have the owner hang it up on the wall.

Yea, POPEYE...seriously if you do anything at the expo this weekend. Check out PRIDE...take a picture w/ Jennifer, here and sample their protein. I promise you'll be hooked. I have 'Post-ASC Depression' now...

I had a good weekend as well. The expo was fun. I concur with you Popeye, the people at PRIDE NUTRITION were really cool down-to-earth people. I picked up a jug of their new creatine product called 'Kryptonite' and another jug of Vanilla RESPECT protein and a bottle of their 'C-Gone'. It has vanadyl/alpha lipoic acid mainly to help shuttle carbs into the muscle. I'm pre-contest right now so my only carbs come at breakfast and post-workout so this might be perfect for me.

I introduced myself to Jennifer Cowan as well, Popeye. She told me you(Popeye) stopped by to say 'hello' to her. She's gorgeous. Very friendly. She has a website to....www.jenniferlynnco wan.com

Thank you so much! It was great meeting some guys from getbig, especially those of you who actually introduced yourselves! It was a very tough weekend for me...long days on your feet while dieting can be intense! Popeye you look amazing and I really think you should do that show we talked about. If you do be sure to post some pics because you are already looking really tight. Block-thanks for chatting with me-I'll definitley be cheering for you in April. Even though you'll be depleted look for me after your show. Good luck with all the stuff you guys got-and serioulsy if you have questions just let the boys at Pride know, www.pridenutrition.com and they will help you out.

With that C-Gone (my favorite supplement) seriously eat a carb meal about an hour before working out and take 2 as your first bite. Once you get the the gym and get into your first set you'll feel your muscles get tight...as you know from the Ammunition you'll get a great pump and I think the C-Gone makes it much more intense.
