He's are look insane and his chest is big just not as massive as his shoulders. Can't have it all no one does.

Probably much smarter regarding longevity. Phil comes across as a guy who is very concerned about his health and doesn't push it to the limit.

Like Phil or not he is way above everyone else. Not only do to his muscle bellies which are so round but the detail he gets when he gets in condition. A lot of people get into the same shape but they don't have those tiny knots and bumps and crevices all over that he does that visual is very overwhelming. Pics don't do him justice the one above is the best example I've seen. But honestly in person you will say "ohhhh now I see what all the fuss about him is about"

Take this for what it's worth but I've heard from some pros that Phil dosht take near as much as the others do. He just doesn't have to. Which is believable as some just responsed better. Kai on the other hand takes massive amounts.


I'm sure to a guy like you and me he still takes a fuck ton. Just not comparably

when regaining his mass (his off season) before the show he does look like shit tbh, bloated cow but its only for a short period of time relatively and when he dials it in i think most of the general public would definitely be impressed:
i cant stand the guy but no denying he's a great bodybuilder and probably does things the right way - long rest, grows into show.
he only looks like a bloated cow for a short amount of time, can probably maintain a solid look all year but he takes a break.
needs to go all out for a short time to regain the lost size.

His body is worn out
He looks ragged and depressed all the time
He looks unhealthy
I don't see him winning another year
His body is breaking down and I hope he's not dealing with some sort of medical issue as it appears he is
