workin out does agrivate an internal hemeroid how do i know? well ill state it here, b/c im part of the club. you still need to get it check by a specialist or second opinion but more then likely its nothing bad. lots of people have an internal hemoroid.. not saying a huge breakout like herpes but maybe just one up there.. all that stress from lifting and squats will agrivate it and you will sometimes have light colored tiny amount of blood when you wipe..
the fibre he told you to take is to soften up your stool.. this way your not aggrivating it when you have a bowel movement.. next step he will prob tell you to start takin a stool softener and believe me you want to do this. ive heard storys of people gettin the hemoroid infected and thats when they gotta go in and cut it out... and theres not hing you can do once its gotten to that point.. then youll b in pain and have to sit on that donut... so like i said dont take this lightly..
just increase your fibre for now to wear when you have a bowel movement you shouldnt even b having to push.. it hsould just come out.. if not stool softener
