This article seems like a bit of a stretch. If he'd been favoring one side of his jaw for and extended period of time it would make more sense. Some steroid users develop broadened jawlines. This is probably just the muscles reacting to the steroids.

It is a good example why using steroids in moderation is preferable to overdosing.

I've had some anecdotal evidence that steroids make facial muscles grow.  Maybe it's just water retention though.

The Jawline extension is from growth hormone, because growth hormone also triggers bone growth, same with the forehead.

Absolutely - most bodybuilders over look this important muscle... What you want is the biggest most massive and lean heart.. Ask any cardiologist - they will tell you..

It has to due with the way the heart pumps blood around, and interprets electrical signals that control it. After awhile the heart becomes less efficient at those matters depending on the degree of enlargement. A bit of enlargement isn't a bit deal, and maybe beneficial, but with some huge, heavy folks you can see enlargement 3x - 4x the normal size, at that point it becomes a losing proposition.

Actually people with poor facial symmetry aka lopsidedness seek to bolster their sex appeal by developing their physique, oftentimes becoming addicted to steroids.

Some years back i started using steroids and also stopped riding my motorcycle. After a year or so i started riding again and noticed my helmet didn't fitted my head anymore.
The only explanation i find is the steroids i used. Never went over half a gram/w and never used growth hormone, just testosterone and it's derivatives.

if you gain weight, yes....Your head gets bigger, only normal. Not directly because of the gear.

I think in the case an impacted tooth lead to swelling of the jaw and non use of the mastoid muscle lead to atrophy and possible growth to the other side. Bunch of dumbass motherfuckers we have as Dr's.

One would think maintaining a high level of testosterone  in the blood would be necessary for the maintenance of masculine facial characteristics. It's been proven  Women's faces get more masculine after menopause when fertility begins to decline and estrogen levels drop, why wouldn't a mans face get more feminine? We all know estrogen inevitably increases with age..
