A lot of people on here say it's bullshit.  I myself thought it was a bunch of bs until I after my show and we got it hard. The results speak for themselfs the pic on the left was the first day of my prep jan 1. The pic on the right is today. You can see even with the 3 month caloric restrictive diet. I have made leaps and bounds in my appearance.

I believe that at the end of prep your sensitivities are ultra high and your metabolism is a machine at that point. Your body after being restricted for so long is just ready to grow. You can argue the theory but the results speak for them selfs.  I'm currently a fairly tight 232

You are just finding out about all the stuff that eventually you will realise is bullshit.

Good luck on your journey.

Its not pure bullshit... You starve for weeks, take tons of fast acting drugs then suddenly up your cals, you can make decent leaps the 1st couple of times, and keep early tight if not being a pig

Everyone has a predetermined size, you and my self will never actualy gain a single ounce of muscle without severe abuse, navy mike is still growing, unfortunately his head is gaining as much as his body, speciality caps will be needed for his journey

It is, if it held any water at all the best way to build muscle would be to take loads of gear and starve yourself then after 12 weeks eat loads of food.

Is this true?

All the gain is glycogen retention in deflated muscles, dont believe me?
Stop taking gear and carry on eating in the same way.

You will be a fat mess inside 12 weeks.

You list this argument as soon as you mentioned 'stop taking gear'

Really, thats the only reason you rebound like you do.

In the second pic you have that lop sided face syndrome attributed to steroid usage...make sure you chew on both sides evenly.

Comparing?
The reason you can gain 35 0r 40lbs in a few weeks is because of juice.

My head is always blocky. It looks way better dieted down

Those are not good comparision pics Mike.
IN one, you have a top one, the other a tan.

I honestly think you look the same. I know it's popular to bust your balls here, but I'm being 100% honest. Not saying you look bad, but just look the same.

The only reason you blow up like a ballon with water and glycogen is because of the drugs, Im not saying it doesnt happen, Im saying its just water and glycogen.

Its not real gains FFS.

I think post gains are a reality.
Check out the ABCDE diet that can be found. It explains some very interesting things.

But that window is 3ish weeks max. Then, gotta switch gears.

My wieght has kinda flattened out at 230 for the past couple weeks and I noticed that I'm not as tight as i was a few weeks ago. So Monday I start a "mini diet" down to 215ish then start the process over again. It's a interesting concept that makes sense in paper. With sensitivity leveks and keep your methaboism from stalling

I think calorie cycling is a must at some point. As you know and mention here, insulin sensitivity goes to shits. YOu don't have to do competition dieting to take advantage of a "rebound like" phase after.

But say... If your chest is not growing by training chest and not shoulders, why not train shoulders and not chest, lol???
