What gym is this?

LVAC, I train at the eastern location. He comes in there a few times a month. Like I said, big but very oddly built. Walks around very funny too, always with his lats flared out and arms bent. No way he's 6'2 or 320 either

It's difficult to tell whether he's gone to the effort to inflate individual bodyparts or if he's just taken the easy route and shrunken his own head
