First of all thanks for the compliment. Take a look at these guys today. I don't mean just the competitors but all these guys who are weighing in excess of 240 plus. You would be hard pressed to find any of them who could stand next to the guys in this video and match them for size. Arms are bigger chest is bigger, back and legs. The one thing that you do see on the bigger guys today are huge guts. Years ago a buddy of mine who was not a lifter and never was wanted to lose some weight. He had a huge freakin gut from drinking beer. Surprisingly he was not all that fat I mean as far as subq fat. Legs were very lean, you couldn't pinch an ounce of fat on this guys stomach but he looked like he swallowed a watermelon. He was a huge beer drinker and had the tell tale beer gut but almost all of his fat was visceral meaning behind the abdominal wall. He cut back on beer no he didn't quit and went on a very strict diet. He lost 45 pounds and his stomach was all but gone. Now think about these guys today and try to imagine where all this extra weight is coming from. Now maybe you don't need to imagine anymore. So my question is what does a beer drinker have in common with todays current bodybuilder?
Truth its a terrible look the current look, is there anyway back for these guys disgusted, not on a competitive sense, just a physique sense, guy at my gym I see every morning looks huge in clothes compared to us 90s guys but on stage his gut kills everything, theres no illusion of size like we had back in the glory days.
Can these guys avoid the insulin, use some t3 to help shrink the visceral fat, maybe even some gh,along with just gear how do they lose this fat and bring their waists back, or is it permanent , this guys legs and back are huge but due to his waist, nothing pops, he's still placing well as the whole sport has the issue but he wants to try and reduce this as a priority rather than continue skin.
