That's not good news. Daz is going back to competing.!!
I havnt heard anything & his gym is about 20mls from me
Maybe see if I can't drop by in the week if over Leicester.

Let's hope he isn't going back on the huge amounts of test & slin again
For the last year 18mnths before his kidneys packed up he had that crazy
Condition & panda hands & feet / ankle from where the water want being got rid of.

Does anyone have an update on Ray since he was discharged from hospital?  The whole "30% cardiac function" thing was a big surprise - hopefully he's on the mend...?

Daz did some guest posing at the expo -- Good for him.
From them pics he looks in decent condition.

Craie (Ray) is okay -- having a rest after working at the expo.
He doubts he will compete this year -- Though next year Watch out.
Should catch up with him in next few days.

daz looks better at the lower weight. shame he went ott with the juice and fried his kidney. the high doses messed up his mid section forever though. its still blocky even at a lower weight (only saw 1 front shot though).

Well I hope Craie is on the mend.  He seemed pretty laid back about the situation, so let's hope it's totally reversible.  We don't want to lose Ray!!
