Yes - this is clearly Ray checking his (v. cloudy) p1ss to see if the Superdrol is burning the remains of his kidneys (he does it by sight, no need for so-called 'science'...)  8)

Ray is so artistic and postmodern. Even if we asked him about what was in that cup, he wouldn't tell us.
Maybe he was making an artsy photoshoot. We will never know.  :D

i was with Craie & Alisha just last week they are both fine

he is having a few months of lighter workouts / has dropped

some body weight -

Looking to compete next year possibly

at NABBA UK & Universe 

They are both good people.

    If he has a heart condition, he should slim down and quit competing. Playing with potassium if your heart is busted it's not a good idea, plus heart issues go hand in hand with renal failure.
    He seems good peoples, he should think about longevity.

If he is, he's making more use of his 30% cardiac function than I am of my 90%  :)  (And it makes him 6x the bodybuilder that Piana is...)
