Is neutral ground?  Or is neutral neutral?  Or is neutral sometimes ground and sometimes neutral, neutral being ground when phases are balanced but acting as neutral if phases get split off?

the two wires make what you call a boundary condition for electricity to flow
Electrostatic lines of force(are created between the two wires) must make contact with electrons and protons.but without electrostatic lines of force the electrons and protons dont exist on the wire

Electrostatic lines of force drag down between the wires from point a to b causing the wires to heat up.
Much like a car skidding and slamming on breaks. Heating up the road and tires

Its actually the rate at wich electricity is destroyed. The 3 phase is like a destruction of electricity brought in this dimension and yet still very powerfull
