Hey Primemuscle. I feel that I have indeed taken responsibility for my mistakes. Both here on Getbig and on Facebook, and even in real life! I have made multiple public confessions of my stupid decisions and have taken complete responsibility.
As far as my past sexuality... I was never completely homosexual. I was always, from a very, very young age (as young as I can remember) bisexual. If anyone can say that they were "born" gay, I can surely say that I was born bisexual. but, I digress..
On the issue of homosexuals who commit suicide; I would not blame people who tell them the truth about their sins, but rather I would blame the society which has convinced the homosexual that they are unable to change. Also, we don't know what other factors might be involved in those cases. One thing you need to know is the very real reality of God, and of Christ, and of His ability to completely transform the sinner and to change the sinners desires. However, there is also a real Devil, and real demons, and they work tirelessly to cause people to be hopelessly devoted to sin.
If you are in fact interested in a Christian view on gay-suicide, this is a great talk on the subject. But, remember, you will have to watch with an open mind or else you will have already decided what you think before you have even watched it!
"Started 2015 with a difficult topic, to be sure. But the death of Josh Alcorn is being used by the LGBT “community” as a baseball bat, and someone has to stand up and point out the real issues. The hatred being heaped upon his parents, the abuse the young man suffered at the hands of the LGBT “community” itself that encouraged his self-destructive thinking, and the sinfulness of Josh’ own attitudes and actions, must be examined. If Christians continue to imbibe the spirit of the age and refuse to call men to a higher standard, one based upon their true nature as creatures made by God’s hand in God’s image, we will be guilty of encouraging more and more Josh Alcorn’s, and the destruction of more lives."
And also, here is an excellent article on the subject.

I love you, Primemuscle.

Tbombz,
Only you know if you have sincerely owned your mistakes. Appearances would suggest otherwise, but what appears to be one thing can be wrongly assessed.
So then, are you saying you are still bisexual? It isn't clear what you mean here. I know from personal experience that a person can be bisexual and not act on it. This doesn't change who they are.
The article you linked, "The Bully Pulpit: When Gay Teens Commit Suicide, Are Preachers to Blame?" speaks to a completely different subject then what I was referring to. I could not get through all the mumbo jumbo from the fellow in the video long enough to get to where he talks about suicide, if he ever does.
What I am speaking about is the affect of
conversion therapy on gay and bisexual people. Here is a link to a good article about conversion therapy,
http://www.hrc.org/resources/entry/the-lies-and-dangers-of-reparative-therapy This sentence really struck me as getting to heart of this situation and its ill effect on folks; "Minors are especially vulnerable, and conversion therapy can lead to depression, anxiety, drug use, homelessness, and
suicide." This sentence addresses how seriously people take conversion therapy as being harmful to folks; "California, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia have passed laws to prevent licensed providers from offering conversion therapy to minors, and at least 18 states have introduced similar legislation this year (AZ, CO, CT, FL, IL, IA, MA, MN, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, TX, VT, VA, WA)."
So many people say "I love you" these days, one wonders if they actually realize what it means.
