Phil Heath getting therapy

Sinus congestion sucks but gotta stay healthy. Traveling around the world, flying on airplanes, meeting hundreds of thousands within weeks, lack of sleep and training like a madman catches up to even the best. I'm happy that I'm home for a bit so I can get therapy so I'm fully operational for ‪#‎TheDriveFor5‬ baby! Enjoy you day everyone and have a safe Memorial Day.
