First off...drop that down to ONLY using it before early morning cardio. Thats all!!! Just before your cardio.
Rest of the day avoid simple sugars, keep sodium levels steady(dont ADD sodium to anything) at night time eat only fiberous carbs(vegetables) with your solid protein meals and mix all your protein(NOT MRP's) powders with WATER. Use a good EFA or fishoil capsules...2 with all your protein shakes. You shouldnt be having any more than 3 protein shakes a day. No alcohol(if you do keep it very limited and few and far in between) and thats it!
Ephedrine hcl (25mg)
NoDoz( caffeine-200mg)
325mg aspirin tablet. (or chewable baby aspirin 81mg)
Serving of Glutamine(5grams)
handful of BCAA's caps
Early morning cardio for at least 40 minutes. 3x's a week. Maybe four if you can. You should burn at least 100-120 calories every 10 minutes.
