Troy had an awesome physique, just in the wrong era. The whole shredded glutes required almost left him battling for lowish spots in weak shows.

Wonder how I would have reacted knowing all that is known now about drugs at the age kids find out now. I think it was for the better not knowing. It kept me believing (yes total head in sand, I know...) but it assured I reached a good level before ever using. Now since kids know there is no choice to use, they all use from the start.

Need to find some middle ground.

Legs seem to hold there size better when you stop training as much for some reason

Paul Baker is not competing anymore, but he is still pretty damn big. Then again, he never used much AAS anyway. Dude had a stack smaller than most women's physique competitors.
