Well, I own a Ranger 405d that cost me $1200 with 66 hours on it. Also a Lincoln Liquidarc 210i (Aussie branded mig) that I got for $400.

I think the vendors were feeling pretty damn trolled.

Got to find the time but will be knocking up some racking, demountable canopy, etc for a new (used) 4x4 flatbed truck. Got some excavation buckets that came to me for pennies on the dollar as well (brand new) which need the ear spacings and pin diameters modified to suit my machine. If I'm feeling good/dangerous enough I might even offer a little mobile welding around town!

I'm still working in Safety and loving it, wish I could go full blown gym owner but you need to be all fancy and shit around here to do that. And we all now my ass aint fancy hahaha
