You have to love all these so-called "holy" people driving around in their mercedes, while preaching love to the poor, as they fill their greedy pockets lol. Doesn't the pope have a cup that is made out of gold? What a douche.
God does not require anyone's money, nor does He need worship or praise from anyone.
Men take from others in the name of God but for their own use. God's work is not to be found in a Mercedes. Sadder still is it is rare to find it within the hearts of those in the pews.
If you give, then do so in secret without crowing from the rooftop, "Look at me!". You want others to see the Christ within? Give them a smile and a kind word. Give them a heartfelt handshake or hug. Give of your time (if possible) and in doing all these things and more, even if there is no Heaven you have given someone hope for the present.
The future is uncertain. No one of us knows for sure what happens when we breathe our last. Where so many so-called churches of any belief and/or denomination are concerned the adage "follow the money" leads straight to a man (or woman). Instead, follow your heart and as the old song says, let you conscience be your guide. What you do reflects upon you and no one else. You are your own mirror to the world of people that surround you.
