Coach gets a lot of shit on here for his programs etc etc.
I asked him to do one up for me in my quest to lose weight for the 3k prize from junior. I even gotta admit this is an absolutely stellar program that in no way shape or form would I ever have thought of. Its a nice break from traditional lift things up and put them down and is really built to be functional and help me as an older geezer be more limber while gaining strength, flexibility and lose weight.
