It doesn`t matter at all.

You would be better off eating The Most American Thickburger, 1/2 pounder, with the Hotdog and Chips and cheese on top like I do with chocolate cake.  I stay around 162 pounds and probably eat around 4000 calories daily or more.

Of course I have been playing with horses and other animals and am burning off all of it.
hey if it works for you stick with it! I'll continue to do what has worked for me.

hey stunt..physique
pretty basic..on days i train bigger body parts high carb (back, legs) chest and shoulders medium carb and small bodyparts (arms) low carb..lowest probably around 75 grams..high days i would say around 200..protein the same 1.5 grams per pound. .also taking in some healthy fats from omega3 eggs,  fish, flaxseed.  I see what you guys are writing regarding nutrition. .just be in deficit or whatever. .i honestly think nutrition is super important. .the foods that you eat are going to effect so many aspects of your prep..knowing what to eat..when to eat certain things..it's a big deal. .at least to me it is.

around?

I thought you took this seriously?

on some of these high carb days im eating bananas. .so the sizes vary..as well as the carb content. .but a medium to large banana should be around 30 grams of carbs..so when i say around it could be slightly higher or lower..

For the greater part I agree with TA in that calorie is a calorie.  What you do with it makes all the difference.  When training hard I try to eat at least 4,000 calories a day.  Some of us have the metabolism of a humming bird.  Dammit!  ;D

For example.  At lunch I will eat 8 to 15 pieces of KFC along with 4 small baked potatoes and a quart of milk to wash it all down .  Dinner isn't far behind with a pound of ground or roast beef and 6 small baked potatoes.  I don't eat nearly that much when not training.

Yes, that is the percentage that was given me by a doctor.  I have dieted down to 167 lbs. and 9.7% bodyfat but I don't really care for that look or the way I felt.  20% at my age, height and bodyweight was right in the middle of the normal range, again per my doctor.

I dropped 70 pounds in 2 months to achieve that 9.7%.  Hated the way I felt and looked.  My metabolism is faster than normal and I can drop weight with ease.  Like I said, my BF % is right in the center of what is considered normal and I am happy with that.  Unlike so many I can drop it at will because of my willpower.

Thanks!

I buy them in 10 lb. bags at least once a week and unfortunately that's the size of 'em!  I eat them throughout the day as snacks too.

Wow my guess was spot on. Damn thats cool u can eat so much and not blow up like a whale. 20 percent though is pretty fat I think. When im 15-16 i look awful, like can pull tit fat, love handles and grab a big ball of belly fat

I agree about the fat part.  I started thinking, "Hmmmm...240 lbs and 20% of that is 48 lbs. of blubber!" , but then I also dieted away my muscle.  No drugs makes that a guaranteed part of my metabolism and dieting down. It is what it is and has always been.

When I need to fill in my caloric intake and have nothing that packs a punch I will go to the store and get a quart of
and woof down the 1,600 plus calories while my loving wife curses me for my metabolism.   ;D

How is that a great metabolism if you are overweight? Not trying to put you down or anything but it sounds like what you are eating is too much food.

None taken, sir.  I am far from overweight.  As stated my BF is 20% and that in the real world that is far from overweight. It is in the normal range.  I can go down but as stated I don't care for that feeling.  If not training all that much I will easily get by on 2,000 or so calories a day(but lose weight fast)  and in general don't consume a lot of empty calories but the harder I train or rather the longer time I spend in the gym I burn through a great deal more calories and as such require more.

When doing HIT, I eat at least 4,000 calories of good food and train two to four times a week and only eat that
amount on training days.  Chicken, beef, potatoes and milk are among my dietary staples along with the occasional salad.

If I don't train at all I just don't eat that much.  I only eat when I am hungry and the more I train the more I will eat.  I can force feed but I don't enjoy that at all.    I hope this answers your question.

Thanks.
