Women and training FAILURE

By failure I mean doing two a day cardio sessions, eating reasonably, and still looking like bloated messes with pouch bellys, thick ass legs and fat asses (no-not in a hot way).

Do some women just genetically fail when it comes to looking fit and thin? Is it hormones
Totally?

I sometimes do a work out class or two at studios that have like HIIt style training and i see these women wasting 2-3 hrs a day doing cardio and body weight work outs (whatever the rage is at the time, like orange theory or hip spin classes, etc). They also tell me they are eating like 1200-1400 cals per day, yet they look like they barely step foot in a gym.

Then you see the super fit chick in camo tights with a 5 percenter jug who does barely any cardio and just stretches and light weight kettle bell shit and is totally ripped and lean with tiny boy ass and tight legs (HOT, no homo).

With guys, i know its all diet, a guy can come in the gym and i can instantly tell that he is eating way more than he needs and thats why he is a perma. With women, these chicks are eating nothing and burning 1000 cals per day yet look awful. What gives?

What gives is that they're full of shit.  I once caught my ex eating mayonaise.  Just mayonaise.  Straight out of the jar with a spoon.  Naturally, she was on a diet at the time.

I some what disagree because usually men will lift and do moderate cardio and think they can "eat big", and that never ends well.
Guys dont think they need to watch food cuz they want "gainz"

When i tell my guy friends that i count calories they look at me like im a female

Yeah this does happen to, closet eating im sure is likely going on. Whats interesting is women like my wife and female friends basically lack ANY will power when it comes to food, and it makes them angry when you can display self control. This is why they spend 2hrs doing intense cardio, because they want to eat, but cardio never makes up for over eating

Under eating for a long period won't help them, since that will shut down their metabolism. Suggest them things like 20 min HIIT sessions, combined with carb cycling.

It's been said time and again how many women will out train men. And how some trainers/gurus prefer to train women as men quit too easily, whereas the women will forge ahead and put in the work and time in the gym, and watch what they eat.

There are a lot "skinny-fat" cardio guys at my gym in the morning.

avoid women who are very serius about training and diet, those are the ones with issues, hit and run ;)

Steady-state cardio will eventually make women fat via cortisol insensitivity. They need to be routed to the iron and to HIIT-style training as well as increasing their calories (try telling that to an uninformed woman) and protein.

It takes a lot of time and consistancy to build a good body........drugs help also.

Dedication to all facets of training is probably followed but time is the big factor and finding out what works for each individual is paramount.

As i mentioned, i know skinny fat and 20lb over weight women who are always doing HIit and crossfit type routines for hours a day. Its just sometbing i noticed with women in the 25-34 demographic. Year after year they get heavier and year after year their hours working out increases as well. Its like a bad correlation

Honestly, then I would say that they aren't doing it right. 20 minutes of HIIT that leaves you gasping for 5 minutes is enough.

Eat shit.... Eat next to nothing.... Eat shit...starve.... Repeat, the lack of will power to eat normal food regularly is bewildering

I refuse to discuss food or training with the missus, its a waste of time... On one hand she could probly get any bloke in shape as she's cooked my meals and knows how I eat day to day... Yet she will skip breakfast and dinner, have a chinease for tea, eat a few bits if fruit the next day, then repeat
