I train alone. Sometimes there are other people there but I don't train with 'em. My son has only trained with me a couple of times but hates HIT training so that's not going to happen again anytime soon.

Training with others sucks in general, took me years to get rid of my fatass training partner since he was a lifelong friend I didn't want to tell him to fuck off.

Training alone is far better, no plate changes between sets, work out at whatever time you want without having to schedule with someone else, do whatever excercise you want without them moaning ect the benefits are endless

I made the mistake of letting a fatass workmate train with me not long ago and the fat lazy fuck used to try and say "I think WE will give the gym a miss today" when he couldn't be arsed and tried to play around with the times we went, used to ignore the fat cu nts demands and he sharp got the message and fucked off.

Saw a guy in line behind me in the liquor store wearing a GASP shirt. Asked him where he got it. Said online and paid $80 for it. Had.... no... fucking... muscle... whatsoever.

I notice a lot of guys with Animal shirts in the gym. The only ones that look any good are the blue Animal tanks. Those yellow t-shirts look like shit and everyone knows you aren't sponsored by them.

Yes, I wish I could afford to blow money like this on a workout shirt. Goddamn economy. I need to get like Jordan Belfort and hype penny stocks for 50% commission.

If you have a good training partner at your level it can take your training up a few notches... Likewise a bad one will ruin your experience.

The current tight trend is pathetic, the same guys will also spend a fortune on the rest of the kit too... While the guys with the best physiques are wearing the same scruffy shorts n teashirts/vests that they've worn for years

not really true, a lot of guys wearing ridiculous looking $$$ clothing, will also spend ridiculous amounts abusing peds.
